Cowboy, the world's most advanced e-bike brand, has today launched AdaptivePower, its brand new technology, that senses changes in the rider's environmental conditions and provides the right amount of power keeping the rider in the flow and elevating their performance.
Cowboy's design approach of beauty and simplicity means no buttons, gears or settings and their AdaptivePower technology enables the bike to think for itself in real time adjusting the power depending on hill, wind or weight.
By creating a connected ecosystem, Cowboy bikes are updated remotely even after they have left the factory meaning all existing Classic and Cruiser ST customers will receive this ground-breaking technology simply and conveniently via an in-app update that takes riders just 30 seconds.
“Cowboy has completely reimagined what an e-bike can be. Our goal is always to make the bike as simple as possible whilst being totally obsessed with the ride feeling, meaning the rider can just get on and ride exactly like a normal bike, but not have to think about buttons or gears. Delivering something this simple yet magical requires complex tech under the surface. AdaptivePower is the evolution of this goal - the ultimate contextual ride, allowing the bike to think for itself in real time.”
In addition to AdaptivePower, Cowboy has today unveiled their new Spring colour palette for the Cruiser step through bike. The colours combined with the responsiveness of AdaptivePower and the relaxed step-through frame reflect the simple, effortless joy of riding a Cowboy and further broadens their appeal.
The new colours, Clay, Fig and Lavender, were inspired by hues of natural rocks and the plants that grow from them. The new shades will be available exclusively for Cowboy Cruiser STs, sitting alongside existing Black and Sand Cowboy Classics.
Path to profitability
After a solid start to the year, with the best January the company has achieved to date, Cowboy has secured additional funding, further supporting its growth towards profitability. As with previous capital raises, Cowboy is also expecting to launch a crowdfunding campaign with Crowdcube, in the coming weeks, to leverage its highly engaged, global rider community.
