My last bike got stolen, so I needed a new bike and had seen the Cowboy advertisement as well as an article on this new stylish ebike before that. It looks really stunning and drives well when the battery works. That however is the problem so far. About two weeks ago did the bike shut down on my way home from work - maybe it’s worth to say, that my city is really hilly and some of the uphill passages are impossible to cycle without the battery support. I thought this might have been a reminder on not having charged my bike after two weeks as said in the manual. Worked fine after charging that night until the day before yesterday. This time I was still within the 14 days in between charging and the battery simply died on me. I left home with three lights and 54%. When I arrived at work was I down to two lights, but didn’t check the percentage. After work was there only one light left and the App said I had only 2km left. Needless to say, that I didn’t make it home and had to push my Cowboy in between. Bad timing to ask for my comment, because so far my Cowboy didn’t prove reliable at all.
