Cowboy C4 ST Voluntary Frame Recall

Dear Cowboy-rider,

Following extensive quality testing, Cowboy has identified that some units of the Cowboy Model C4 ST (Edition MR) do not meet the high safety and quality standards we require. These bikes, welded by one manufacturing partner, may develop fatigue cracks at the joint between the headtube and downtube.

According to our data, these cracks can begin to form after 2,500 km. In some cases, this could lead to frame failure, which may result in a fall.

This issue stems from a production deviation and does not reflect the standards we uphold. As rider safety is our top priority, we are taking proactive measures and have initiated a voluntary recall of the affected frames.

Since launching the recall, we've opened collection hubs across Europe and many riders are now back on the road with a brand-new frame. More hubs are opening soon, and we won't stop until every affected rider is back on the road.
